What if we
accidentally damage the apartment during our stay?
Upon check-in we request guests to fill in a printed copy
of the following credit-card authorization:
http://sydneyaccommodation.info/Authorization.htm for any possible
incidentals.
This document will be destroyed after checking-out of the apartment
without incidents.
If no credit card is available, we can accept a cash deposit.
What if we have arrived and paid for the full length of our stay, but
the date we will be leaving changes, what is your refund policy in
this case?
If you have paid for your stay already, and your check-out
date changes. Please let us know as soon as possible. We will try and
re-book the apartment. If we can arrange a booking for the same dates
of equal value, we will refund the dates we were able to fill. If we
are unable to fill the booked dates, the full paid amount will be
retained.
We have made a booking and paid the 20% reservation deposit, but
we will not be arriving, what is your refund policy in this case?
-If your 20% reservation deposit is less than $300 the deposit will be retained.
-If your 20% reservation deposit is greater than $300, and you notify
us of the cancellation at least 60 days before your booked arrival
date: 50% of the deposit will be returned.
What do you do with property left accidentally at the apartment?
If unclaimed within 7 days and we consider
it to be of low value (for example a brush, or childs toy), we will
dispose of it. If we consider it of higher value we will seek to return
the property to the rightful owner at their expense.
